Consent to Publish

The author confirms that the submitted article is original and hereby consents to PRANALA LAW REVIEW JOURNAL (PLRJ) publishing the article.

Previous Publications

The author warrants that the submitted article has not been previously published in any form, is not currently under consideration or submission to any other publication, and does not infringe upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party. The author agrees to release PLRJ and its Editors from any claims relating to copyright infringement arising from the publication of the article.

Copyright Transfer

The author hereby assigns the copyright of the article to PRANALA LAW REVIEW JOURNAL (PLRJ), granting the journal the exclusive and unrestricted right to publish and distribute the article in any form, including through electronic media.

The journal grants the author the right to reproduce figures, schemes, and tables from the published article for educational and scholarly purposes, subject to obtaining written consent from the Publisher.

Once the article has been published in PRANALA LAW REVIEW JOURNAL (PLRJ), the author may not submit the same article to another journal for publication.
